The British cultural magazine Time Out made a list of what they consider the best neighborhoods in the world to "get off the tourist trail and discover places that the most affluent residents are visiting."
This list of 50 places in the world includes the São Paulo neighborhood of Bom Retiro, in the Luz district, right in the center of Sao Paulo.
Abstract from the original article:
"Over the past few centuries, the neighborhood of Bom Retiro has been the first to welcome many of the immigrant communities that make São Paulo the city it is today – and every wave, from Italians to Jews to Koreans and now Bolivians, has left its mark."
